Indie Game: Asset scale Research

With making some of my assets for my game I realized that when exporting my assets from Maya and importing them in Unreal they weren’t the right scale. Which we did cover in briefly in a workshop session on scaling Maya to the same scale as unreal, but I’ve completely forgotten about it due to focusing more on the blueprint mechanics. Luckily, I do have a Maya file that’s already to scale which I could copy it, but I would like to know how to set it up myself. So, I can get used to it and use it in future projects. So, I have researched into ways I could change the scale in Maya which I have found a couple of useful YouTube tutorials on how I can solve this issue of getting the right scale. With these video I found rather useful as it allowed me to remember how it was done in the workshop session. As these tutorials went over the key aspects of getting the right scale but also went into depth of what the features do but also explaining the scale used in unreal. From this I am more aware of how I can adjust the scale of Maya.
